NOTE: The Dominican Winter League (LIDOM) had a scheduled off day on Wednesday. The Puerto Rican League (LBPRC) played but no Guardians prospects took part. Also, the last remaining LBPRC team with any Guardians on the roster, the Gigantes de Carolina, were eliminated last night. It is possible, however, that some of said Guardians can be picked up by finalists as refuerzos (reinforcements).

COLOMBIAN LEAGUE (LPB)

VAQUEROS DE MONTERIA 5, CAIMANES DE BARRANQUILLA 4

Sandy Leon (Barranquilla, DH): 1-3, 1 RBI, 1 BB, 1 SB – Leon extended his RBI streak to four games with a game-tying single to center in the fourth.

Dayan Frias (Monteria, SS): 2-3, 2 R, 1 2B, 1 SB – Frias untied the game in the bottom of the fourth by scoring on a wild pitch by Caimanes reliever Luis De Avila…one pitch after he advanced to third on another De Avila wild pitch. It was also the last run scored by either tea,m in last night’s game.
