After the Thanksgiving break, Guardians Baseball Insider’s best tools in the Cleveland farm system in 2021 is back.

This week we’re picking back up with the best tools by deciding on the best speed in the Cleveland system. Speed is kind of straight forward. Times from first base to home are generally the best way to determine a player’s speed and give the grades off of. We do have that for some of the players, but not all. Some of it is watching them run the bases and in the outfield as well.

So with that being said, who do we think has the best speed in Cleveland’s minor league system in 2021? Here’s the voting.
