Jose Tena (2B, Scottsdale): 3-4, 2R, 2RBI, BB – Tena has been on a tear and seems to continue to rake and get on base better than he did in the regular season. This is a real eye opener for the 20 year old as he’s facing much older competition.

Oscar Gonzalez (RF, Estrellas Orientales): 1-4, RBI, 2 K – Gonzalez is only hitting .207 this winter and decision time on his 40 man roster status is coming soon.

Leones del Caracas 11, Tiburones de La Guaira 9,

Brayan Rocchio (SS, Tiburones de La Guaira): 1-4, 2 RBI, BB, K – The Sharks moved Rocchio up to the two hole after mostly batting ninth so far but the 20 year old has consistently hit for them, so not a shock. Even with a one hit night, Rocchio was still on base twice and drove in two runs as he has been impressively productive.
