Melky Cabrera (LF, Aguilas Cibaenas): 1-4 – Cabrera had a streak of three multi-hit games in as many days from December 18-20 (Game 1 of the 12/20 doubleheader), but hasn’t had a multi-hit game since. That said, he has exactly one hit in eight of the ten games since.

Robel Garcia (2B, Aguilas Cibaenas): 0-3, 1 BB – While Garcia extended his hitless streak from the last two games of the semifinals, he did break the on-base slump with a seventh-inning walk.

Edward Paredes (RP, Aguilas Cibaenas); 1 IP, perfect, 1 K – Paredes, who pitched for the first time since December 28, hurled a complete frame for only the second time this season (December 13 against the Tigres del Licey – also a perfect inning, albeit with two strikeouts then).
