The Scrappers defeated the Auburn Doubledays (Nationals affiliate) on Tuesday, 9-5, and top pitching prospect Triston McKenzie turned in another strong outing in his third start of the season. McKenzie pitched six innings while allowing one run on two hits – a solo homer and a double. He walked zero batters and struck out eight on 64 pitches, 50 of them for strikes.
